Let's have some fun conversation with this blog.
Fall is just around the corner and with it comes great change. The trees change colors and the leaves start to fall.
Here is my question to you:
Would you like to be the first leaf to fall from the tree or the last?
Give this some thought and write me back.
I'll share my thoughts later!
Blessings,
Lesia

As this was given to me my first thought was to writing back a comment that would sound as biblical and full of insight as I could get it. My biggest fear is that I might sound dumb other wise. In sending out this to my friends to read first I realize that what I sent them not only didn’t make since but it really had nothing to do with the original question. So in this insight of mine I want to answer the question with my heart and not my mind.
I was sincere in my thinking. Jesus always put His self last. As the scriptures said “Who ever will be last will be first and who ever is first will be last” That statement makes me want to be the last leaf to fall. But then I realize that I misconstrued the question all together.
Which leaf would I like to be and why?
In order to change you must be willing to change. I would like to be the first leaf to fall. My reasoning of this is I want to the one willing to take the first “leap”. In the winter most trees lose all their leaves. This if for the protection of the tree, but when spring time begins they are able to regenerate into new life.
When God has complete control over my life it allows me to grow in Him. With the season of change I must be willing to give God total access so that He can take the old and allow for the new.
